Back in the late 80’s this customer came to us to get a bike with specific purposes in mind. She knew what she wanted the bike for but not being a bike designer, she went looking for someone to craft her dream bike. We told her not to worry and when she picked up the bike it was exactly what she had been hoping for.

Fast forward to last year: The dream bike had been in a wreck and was totalled. However, since her riding style had changed she came back to us with a new set of needs but wanting that same result. Below is the bike we designed and built for her. Rather than world touring, she’s found a new love in backroad and gravel road riding. This design gives her the comfort of her beloved world tourer coupled with a lighter, sprightlier handling. 26″ mountain bike wheels round out the bike so slick or knobby tires can be mounted.
